Public Offering Statement

   
Declaration, Bylaws and Amendments
   

Why do we have a declaration and bylaws?

To protect the value and appearance of your property, the integrity of the association and thus ensure all homeowners that the guide lines of the association are adhered to. (When you purchased your property at the time of the closing, you and your lawyer were given the Common at Sinnott Farm Public Offering Statement book, and you became a part of the association and agreed to abide by the bylaws of the community)

How can I voice my concerns or report a problem?

The Board will accept written notification (mail or e-mail) from any member of the association of possible infractions of the bylaws as well as any plans to make changes to the exterior of one's property. The homeowner will be notified in writing by the Board of any concerns. The Board will also consider the homeowner's wishes to make any changes for the general good of the homeowner as well as the association.

If you specify the infraction with a citation from The Common at Sinnott Farms Public Offering Statement book, it would be helpful.


How can I suggest any changes to the Bylaws or Rules?
