The Common at Sinnott Farm, Inc. (CSF) Homeowners Association is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) built in 1988. The community is comprised of 5 streets and 66 homes which were developed by different developers over the course of 17 years, lasting from 1988 to 2005. The five lanes included in the community are Spice Bush, Quail Run, Spring Hill, Arrowwood, and Timothy. The homes in the community are single family houses that are owned by individual homeowners. Although the CSF does not have common facilities, there is a public park located within walking distance of all homes.
The homeowners association is responsible for the upkeep and beautification of the community. Maintenance for the streets, common land, landscaping, and street lighting, are managed by the association. The two main roads leading into the community, Ryefield Hollow North and Deerfield, are owned and maintained by the Town of Bloomfield. The Town also provides weekly trash, bi-weekly recyclable collection, and monthly bulky item collection (Trash & Recycling Brochure).
