In accordance with the Common Interest Ownership Act (Act) section 47-270, a unit
owner shall furnish to a purchaser, a copy of the declaration, the bylaws, the rules or
regulations of the association, and a certificate containing relevant financial information pertaining to the unit.
Westford Real Estate Management, LLC will prepare, certify, and execute resale certificates in accordance with Section 47-270 of the Act and statements unpaid assessments in accordance with Section 47-258(h) of the Act. Westford Management contact information is as follows:

The Association charges a $125 fee for preparing resale certificates and statements of unpaid assessments, which will be received prior to issuance of the certificate. The Association may refuse to furnish resale certificates and statement of unpaid assessments until the fee is paid. Any unpaid fees will be assessed as a Common Expense against the Unit for which the certificate or statement is furnished.
