Community Updates and Reminders

Sinnott Farm Rules Reminders:

Garbage Cans

Remember that the animals that call our neighborhood their home are always around, especially the bears. Please help discourage any unwanted intrusions by following our bylaws and always keep your bins inside your garage when it isn’t trash day.

Street Parking

  • There is no overnight parking on any of our lanes.
  • Please have all cars off the road between 2am and 6 am or risk being ticketed or towed.

Alteration Requests

  • If you are planning to make an alteration to your home, visit our new Alteration Request page for the details and approval forms you need to complete and provide to the Bylaws and Covenants Committee.https://sinnottfarm.com/alteration-request

Remember: Trash cans are not to be kept outside!

Thinking of Home Projects?

As we head into Spring and Summer, we start to think about the projects we want to do around our homes. If you are planning to make an alteration to your home, visit our new Alteration Request page for the details and approval forms you need to complete and provide to the Bylaw Committee.

Sign up to receive email communication

In order to send correspondence to homeowners, Westford Management must receive homeowner consent. Please consider providing your email information to save the association the money needed to mail out all correspondence.

The form to complete can be found by clicking here.

You may also send an email to the Property Manager on the Contact Us page and select the email opt in box above the Send button.

Reminder for Locking Vehicles

Please use caution as some neighbors have reported vehicle break-ins. Be mindful to keep vehicles locked at all times, keep valuables inside the house, and most importantly, report any suspicious activity immediately. Our neighborhood's safety is everyone's concern.

Message from the Board

The Board and community members have observed an upward trend in residents who are not adhering to the Bylaws and Rules of our community, nor the reminders that are sent out, many to the same homeowners.

This message is to help everyone understand that the Board will begin with sending out one notice per incident. If the matter is not addressed as specified in the notice, the homeowner may be subject to fines after a hearing with the Board. Together, we share in the responsibility to help maintain the beauty and integrity of our Community and our hope is that we eliminate recurring issues. If there are any questions, please contact Kelli Jackson at Sentry Management or the Board.

Please see our ByLaws and Rules page for details
